FAQ for Buyers
Artsandcrafts.com is an online marketplace where you can buy anything artsy or sell anything artsy. Choose from products and materials made all around the world by unique crafters and designers and deal directly with them, we won’t get involved.
This helps you track your account purchases and conversations with the seller whom your buying from. It also allows you to access your “favorite” stores and order merchandise. Create a login username and password under the tab Login on our homepage. Choose a login that fits you, and a secure password and we will send you a confirmation link to the email address provided.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
No problemo! Just click on the “forgot password” button, fill out your registered email and we will email it shortly.
How do I find a specific product?
It’s easy, just type in the top search bar what your looking for! All stores with your product description will show up.
How do I know a sellers products are real before I purchase?
On Artsandcrafts.com, sellers and buyers deal with one another directly. Each sellers rating system allows for buyers to see how other customers have liked/disliked their products. This allows you to see if the seller is reliable, honest, and true to their product. In order to help other buyers, try and rate the store after every purchase.
Why should I leave feedback for the seller?
It’s important for you to leave feedback for the store where you purchased goods in order to help other buyers either negatively or positively in their purchases. If you have had a good experience, it will help that stores rating! If you have had a negative experience, it will help other buyers make their decision on whether to shop there or not.
How do I report a problem?
If you experience or come across a problem with a buyer/seller (see artsandcrafts guidelines) shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org We’ll be prompt, we promise.
